I wish I had the option to put -10 stars. These people ran my credit. I was approved for a car and guess what the car was sold I called them and talk to them about it and basically they told me to call the bank that was not their problem, if you wanna purchase a car stay away from them specially JOSEPH FELICIANO AND HIS MANAGER THEY BOTH SUCK!!!

I bought a car via Carvana last Monday - 2019 Chevrolet Spark. I have used this dealership (Seminole Chevrolet) numerous times for both my previous Chevy Cruze & My spouses Chevy Cruze (Never had any issues) always worked with Bill Larney & he was incredible. Ok so how many people would be pissed off if you book a $59.95 oil change and they try to charge you $108 plus take your points and not credit them? I'll attach the picture but after trying to charge me double the manager actually had the nerve to tell me I'm not speaking to him that way. All I said was you're honoring the price your app booked for or I'm happy to bring my sick butt down with the coupon. I've been getting my car serviced here for a little over a year now, and my experience today was beyond horrible. Manny Arruda the "assistant service manager" should be doing labor and not interacting with paying customers. His disposition, body language, and tone of voice was piss poor, and could care less. My normal service Rep, William always delivers a 5-star customer service experience. I am pretty disappointed that he's on vacation. Make sure to check anything under the vehicle paper that they tape on the windshield. They covered a crack on my Silverado windshield after I purchased it and so they said they couldn't do anything about it. One month later, I was pulled over by police because the windshield is illegally tinted so I got ticketed thanks to Seminole Chevrolet. Lastly, the customer service with the receptionist is terrible. If I could give this no stars I would. I bought a car from them a little over a year ago. From that moment it has been a nightmare. First the starter went out and then all these other issues started happening. Now my traction control won't stop turning on an the car is not drivable. We have been going back a forth with the dealship an each time it's a different excuse. This time they say it's my tires. This is a amazing dealership for used vehicles, that's if you like buying cars with problems and failed electronics. Go and buy a "Certified used car" if you want your electronic mirrors not working, your sunroof not working and etc. This place is ran by Burger King employees.

Two strikes and I'm done for their service department. First one they did a simple oil change we noticed some leaking in our driveway, called to get it back In for what ended up being exactly what we thought it was (loose bolt) ended up being in their shop for 2 days cause they were behind. I have always come to this location for work done on my car. I have no idea why they are almost 2 days behind just for a diagnostic to be done so they would keep my car for who knows how long. Which means I have to go out of my pocket to not only pay to fix the vehicle, but to also have to pay for a rental car as they do not offer lenders even though it's their fault they are behind. No thanks I'll take my business elsewhere.
