My salesperson told me to leave my $1,000 deposit indefinitely until a car I wanted may come in?? After placing a deposit on a vehicle that was already order I changed my mind on the color three weeks later. Because no one knew if or when that color vehicle would be ordered I asked for my deposit to be refunded and to be contacted as soon as the other color vehicle was available. RUN RUN RUN from this lot! I had my car diagnosis repair and they were going to rip me off! I found another facility that would do it with OEM parts for $1,500 cheaper! They know how to be the best sales people EVER! Don't let them get you too. I can't imagine how much the car sales team are scammers. I say take the drive to Deland Chevrolet. It's worth it!

This dealership has the worst customer service and trying to get a repair done is exhausting. I made an appointment to have a defective water pump replaced. Dropped the car off a day early. Here it is three days after my appointment and the service advisor tells me today that the car is in line to go in for repairs "but she can't push it ahead of anyone else". My car went in for ceramic coating. To do it right they recommend painting the door and nose. Long story short, they lost a clip to my front end, dented my car, also missed areas had to bring it back they had corrected the dent, but missed half of what I brought it back for. Wasted $1200.00!!!

Absolutely the worst service ever, they lost my car !! Absolutely never go to this business. Took them 90 min to figure out where my car was and they did not even service it. If I could give them leas then one star i would.

I recently purchased a 2019 vehicle from them. After a short time the engine light came on. I contacted them and received the worst customer service, much different than the service I got prior to the purchase. Eventually was advised to take my car to a Ford dealer, they determined the car needed a complete engine replacement. I have been without a vehicle for now 3 weeks, with absolutely zero efforts to getting me a loaner car. This will be the last purchase from this dealership. Bait and switch! internet manager sends me a price on a new corvette. I call to move forward. Sales guy then tells me it's wrong that it's 30k over sticker. Don't do buy from this dealership.

The process for a simple oil change is exhausting and time consuming here. Plus there is always "something extra" that needs to be repaired or replaced. I tried to get a live person at the service department on the phone to make an appointment 3 times and got the answering machine. Then I called and took my Malibu to Action Gator Tire and they were so quick and easy to work with. There are likely a half dozen places around Lake Mary that make life easier to get an oil change than Seminole Chevrolet.

Was very disappointed in customer service here. My husband had things he wanted specifically in a truck but they could not deliver. They were not trying to even seem accommodating and basically was like "take it or leave it". Well hubby got all that and more at Dodge down the street with exceptional service!! Would not recommend this location at all
