TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTER!!! We had to take our car to Chevy for an oil change because they use their own special oil. Then, when something broke and we took it to them for repair, they offered to have it traded in. However, they did not include the diagnostic fee in the value of the trade. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place really drove me nuts, a week later I'm still burned up about it. My car's clicker/key fob has been on the fritz. The lock button stopped working a while ago, now the unlock button quit working too. Since other buttons (trunk, alarm) and the other fob worked too (for a while but then had the same problems), I decided to order new fobs. Left our truck in at the agreed appointment time of 8.30 this morning. It now 4.15 pm and no one has called with a diagnosis even though we have left 3 voicemails. My husband needs his truck for work and at this rate he will lose at least two days work for a coolant issue. Very poor customer experience.
I had a deal all credit approved no holdups dealer was going to deliver I had to postpone delivery a couple times not deal related At the last minute the Sales Mgr made it personal and discrimitory not to sell me the car and dealership chose to sell it for $2200 less than my deal which i said i would still honor the proof is in the pudding
ROACHES. EVERYWHERE. I bought a vehicle from them a couple months back. Sales team was nice, no issues there. It wasn't till two days later when I started to notice a roach here and then another one there. Within a week my car was INFESTED. Went to Seminole Chevrolet to look at vehicles and possibly trade two vehicles for two vehicles. We were there for over two hours, test drove one and looked at several vehicles and not once offered a cup of coffee or water. In the end they literally were offering us next to nothing for our trade vehicles with some off the list price, all we wanted was a fair deal on both sides. TERRIBLE SERVICE or Lack Thereof I have a 2016 Suburban. In July, my a/c was not blowing cool air. I went online to research any recalls, etc. and found a "Special Extended Warranty" for 2015, 2016 and 2017 Chevrolet Suburbans. Spent time online searching for the EXACT vehicle I wanted to buy and had financing already secured through my outside bank. The sales person Mark Wilson was terrible!!! I told him I wanted everything completed BEFORE I arrived since it was over a 2 hour drive.
