The work took twice as long to complete, which is usual for this dealership. I had asked that the service rep contact me with updates which he didn't do. The problem was diagnosed accurately and serviced properly. I just wish they'd kept me in the loop a little better and had thanked me for my business.

Even though Ford USA did not communicate a booking I made through them for Serramonte Ford, Serramonte Ford squeezed me in and accepted the mix up. They completed the recall fixes in a timely manner and their service managers were great. Toe link suspension recall was fixed

Very polite but continue to call me & leave messages numerous times after I expressed interest in a car, but declined it due to excessive mileage. Bothersome due to number and frequency of unsolicited phone calls.
