Sales reps were very helpful and kind. Didn't have to haggle for the price of the vehicle. Sean McLaughlin was assigned sales agent, one cannot ask for better man on the sales floor. He was patient and helpful during the purchasing process. He even filled the gas (Diesel) to its full capacity when I came back next day to pick up my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van.
It was great, the lady on the phone was amazing and the service was great.
Serramonte Ford completed my oil and filter change quickly and I was back on the road. They have a nice lounge while you are waiting.
