Just bought car from Serramonte Ford. Car is very clean, runs well, and in good shape!
Always prompt, quality and friendly service here. I used to think dealerships were way too expensive. Serramonte Ford has proved me wrong.
The quality of the service is always great here. I do take issue when making an appointment for 7am, and then at noon being told my car has not even been looked at yet. I was told cars are looked at based on necessity, but a 7am appointment is just that. I didnt expect for it to be done in an hour, or even 3, but 5 hours and it had not been looked at? That is not acceptable.
