I was not contacted the entire time my car was being serviced, & I had to reach out continuously. I found out the next day that they had the wrong part so they had to wait for the correct one. I acknowledge the Service Center was most likely overwhelmed because they were closed for two Saturdays in a row due to the holidays however it felt as though because our service was free because it was a malfunction that needed to be corrected when we bought it, our car getting fixed wasn't a priority.

The service department at Serramonte Ford is great. My service advisor Richard is awesome. He makes a schedule around me. He keeps me informed on the progress and best of all they are finished when they say they will be. Can't think of a better place to have my truck worked on.

I asked to have antifreeze put in, including wind washer tank, and it wasn't done. Mostly pleasant personnel, but can't rely on thorough service.
