Did quality work, but because of the way they did the job, if I keep the car I may pay double for what they could've had done all at once and that's disappointing.

Wanted Edge recall and oil change. Parts for recall have been back ordered since July, so would have to make another appointment. Brought it in for just oil change. When service writer called and said the car was ready, he also said that the recall had been done. This was unexpected but appreciated. Thank you.

Car was towed to Serramonte Ford because it wouldn't start. Turned out to be the hybrid battery causing issues. Mauricio was fantastic. He kept us informed throughout the time in the shop and while there we had it serviced. we are completely satisfied.

They used to wash and vacuum the interior before now they don't what happen to costumers service?
