They were able to accommodate our request for same day service installation of seat belt without pre-appointment. Service was done well, and they did inspections also.
Service Mgr Carl Seike continues to provide expert service. With Carl involved with the service, everything continues to go 100% as expected.
The service writter was knowledgeable and experienced. Did my oil change free becuase I dont drive the car so much
The quality of the service is always great here. I do take issue when making an appointment for 7am, and then at noon being told my car has not even been looked at yet. I was told cars are looked at based on necessity, but a 7am appointment is just that. I didnt expect for it to be done in an hour, or even 3, but 5 hours and it had not been looked at? That is not acceptable.
