My sales person Eric was very helpful. He was patient and answered my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the (new to me) technology on my Ford C Max. My experience buying a used Ford F150 pickup truck from Serramonte Ford was overall a smooth one, and positive. The car salesman who helped me, Leo Espinosa, was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and easy going. He let me test drive the vehicle several times, and went out of his way to make sure I had setup the Ford Pass App on my phone correctly.
