Again, my experience exceeded expectations. Everything went smoothly. Since I was having a full brake job done (a long with the service), it took a while, and so I accepted the offer of a ride home, and then my car was delivered (clean) to my house in the afternoon. Very convenient! Serramonte Ford is my go-to car service, and Carlos Alcala is my go-to rep. He is reliable and presents things in a factual way, so I don't have that "Oh, No!" feeling.
