Ford service was great. Even though my vehicle is a 2016 jeep compass, the Jeep dealership across the street from the Ford dealership has a lousy customer service and nobody bothered to pick up the phone when I inquired about servicing my vehicle through them. But the Ford dealership has always worked with me to work on my vehicle and does an outstanding job.

People are great, but loaners are very limited and since my car would be on service recall for a while I need a car for daily commute. Luckly, they covered my rental. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and people are friendly.
