Always get great service at Serramonte Ford.
Amazing service! Strongly recommend
Anton was extremely helpful and took care of what I needed
There's nothing I didn't like, well of course, the cost. But I have full trust in my service writer, Carlos Alcala who has taken care of me and my car since I bought it. Serramonte Ford of course, is a Ford dealership which I feel is the best place for my car's needs.
I appreciate Pamela and her team. Thank you for all you do!
I had a great experience and feel very satisfied with the service.
Warranty repair for AC. Service valet was convenient once they dialed in the date. Being able to text with my service advisor and have them promptly reply was super beneficial. Repair was done in the time frame shared. Thank you!
I like your mobile service they were on time had all the tools to do the job right. I was able to go about my day while they worked in my driveway. Thank you
Excellent customer service and very professional.
