Just moved back to the area and this was my first appointment with Serramonte Ford. Service Advisor Pamela Yeager was top-notch. She even arranged for early service for a "recall" issue. Glad my service record is now updated to my CarFax account.

Everyone was very nice and the maintenance and recall work was done. I also needed my back up camera replaced but they didnt have the part and didnt know when they would get one. I was quoted over $600 to replace it when it did come in. I then went out, bought the camera and had it replaced for half the price. No reason to gouge customers
