All parts were under warranty. Water coolant pump and circuit had broken down. They were replaced. All message gone. They also sent a cab all the way from Daly City to SF for me to pick it up. Super quick checkout.

They were on time to greet me at 9am it was done at 12 noon. They used all my 42,000 Ford pass points Even tho is was suppose to be complimentary (free) but they gave me a gift for another oil change for future

ANTON WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL & KEPT ME UPDATED THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE VISIT. HE LET ME KNOW MY VEHICLE WOULD BE DOWN A WHILE BUT MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS ON THE WAY FOR MY RECALL. HE INTRODUCED ME TO THE TECH & THE TECH SHOWED ME OLD CAT & WHY IT WAS REPAIRED. ANTON MADE SURE MY EXHAUST FLUTTER TYPE NOISE WAS GONE. HE LET ME KNOW MY VEHICLE WAS UP TO PAR.
