My experience with Serramonte Ford was excellent. I ordered a Full Size Bronco waited over two years, and still could not be happier. They kept me in the loop, gave advice on how to possibly get my order faster. While all other dealers were marking up Bronco orders Serramonte did not, I even after paying msrp I received a check for price protection! I could not be happier with the customer service and due diligence of this respectful dealership! I am incredibly happy and will be back!

I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.
