I went to Ford for an appointment and waited for a bit until Kyle Roderick helped me. He answered questions i had and told me he'd call me when my car was ready for pickup. He even offered a lyft home and when I told him i'd rather stay here and wait, he directed me the shopping areas around and where i could find food. He was very professional and after two hours, maintenance/inspection was done. They inspected exhaust, batteries, brakes, tires, belts, steering, and much more.
