To start off the sales manager or service manager didnt remember our appointment. My vehicle was not repair as promised. It wasnt till 530pm before I was able to pick the vehicle up.

They delivered car which was great. They tried to jam me with the extended warranty on a pre-owned, meaning the offer was not worth it for the buyer, but great for Ford. Underhanded sales practices. We agreed on no extended warranty yet final contact included it so we had to re-write
