I brought my car in for a simple repair. I got almost no updates from my service advisor. I finally called and they returned my call the next day. They said the part was on the way, but never told me all the work they were doing. Got a call 2 days later that the car was done but they never said how much the total was. When I got my car it turns out I owed them $2, 750 Total rip-off, very unprofessional.

Hello there, don't trust this dealer they lies about everything thing they say just to buy there cars used or new , i bought a car from there and i paid 35k and they say the car never been in accident a few month later the clear coat start to peel out i took the car to a bodyshop and they told me the the hole passenger side had been painted and who ever did it did a bad job i went back to the dealer and they said they can't do anything about and I have to eat it as it is can u believe that u paid 35k for car and u got rapid ... read more

Took the company transit in for its 30,000 milt service. Everything was fine until the next morning when I noticed it starting to shake when I'm on the freeway. I dismissed it for bad California roads. On my back from work the shaking got worse at speeds over 60mph and even worse when coasting at speeds over 60. Called in to their service center, was put on hold until I got an answering machine saying they're now closed. Bottom line, they run a horrible service center.

i came in as i am in the market for a new car soon. i was interested in an escape hybrid. anyway walked in the showroom walked around to look at cars and no one approached me besides the fact 3 people who worked there were at the front. i looked in the showroom at an escape hybrid to check it out and even if someone had approached me i dont think i would by; the interior looked like mostly hard plastic and cheap

I am writing this review cause they have terrible costumer service. I purchased 2020 explorer from here I am a Middle East guy I do not have perfect English but I can communicate with someone easily. Long story short while I purchases this Vehicle the seller gave me wrong information about the car. Now I try to find some way to deal with them they are saying we wrong understand you. I will sue them ASAP. They will be deal with DMV. Do not believe them... They will do same thing to you.

I'd advise people to stay away from this spot. I (stupidly) requested information about a car a couple weeks ago and the sales guy who reached out to me IS STILL TRYING TO SELL TO ME despite my telling him I purchased elsewhere. It started with texting. He wanted to talk to me, but I wasn't able to get locked into a phone call at the time, but said I could text. With a 700 credit and a co-signer with an 800 credit score plus 20 grand down, Mr.Moe one of the sales "managers" at ford insisted that even with a million dollars down the banks would simply not approve our lease on a Explorer ST. I've never met such an unprofessional sales person or "Manager" deny a car to a customer !! I've bought multiple cars at this dealer And Mr.Moe is by far the most rude stuck up employee at thus dealer I've ever ran across when buying a car, I guess he forgets he is there for the customer ! YOU SHOULD READ ALL OF THIS! You know, I've waited many years to write this review, but here it is. They just suck. The sales rep was great, the car is great, but they suck. I originally got a Cmax lease and told them that I was going to put a lot of miles on it and maybe I should purchase ( I qualified for just a little under the purchase price), they told me "don't worry, you can purchase the car at the end of the lease or buy something else." Dropped my husbands truck off at 9:45 to get oil change and fuel filter changed. They were gonna do a bunch of other stuff and called my husband and told him the total would be $840 around 1:30pm which means they were barely gonna get started on it.
