Would give it a 0 if I could. Didn't want to buy a car from them so Alvaro sent my email and number to a bunch of spam car services. Hope this goes to the manager and a trend appears.

I recently took my truck to serramonte ford because I reset my check engine lite and the computer was not resetting. After diagnosing my truck they said it was the gas cap filler housing. I'm going to do him a favor and not mention his name. He said the price was about 1000 dollars to fix and the reson was because they needed to remove my gas tank in order to install the part. Called the Fleet Sales dept for a potential courtesy delivery (that I was willing to pay for). Some guy called Mike picked up and hung up on me mid sentence!

I was interested in a car and spoke to Mike (tall African American guy). I called in the night before and set up an appointment at noon the following day. I called out of work and drove an hour away for him to tell me the car just got sold. I wish they would've called me and let me know instead of having me drive an hour or at least waiting 30 minutes for me to get there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware of the salesman named Erick Milan. Not sure how he's even a salesman but he's probably the worse we have ever experienced. Though my partner and I are first timers car buyers, we know how the game goes when buying a car. We looked at the 2021 Ford Mustang GT. We both had above 720 in credit. When we asked how did he come up with the numbers and the 15% apr, all he could say was "WELL ITS JUST SIMPLE MATH". Bought a van off of these guys. They were quite nice to work with, for the most part. Working with Erik and Robert to buy it was easy, they were accommodating and friendly. However, when I was transferred to the finance manager, Aron, I had a very different experience. I fo-und him to be extraordinarily rude. He was terse and short with me and when finally when he asked if I wanted to buy an extended warranty from them and I said no, his reaction was very unprofessional. I called 4 times trying to get a service person to talk to as i needed to see what they wanted to sell me 4 new tires on my F150 truck and do a 28k service. I left a voicemail at around 830am I forgot who they connected me to no call back by 1130am, so tried calling 3 more times and waited on line. The woman who answered the phone was nice tried to get a service person to answer the phone , after awaiting 10 min, 15 min and then 10 min, she said there was noone who could talk to me, and call back maybe tomorrow. Every time I come in for service, the tech tries to argue with me about the symptoms my car is having. Then tells me ridiculous time lines to discourage me from even having the car repaired. This is the second time I've driven all the way there and took my car back because they said they needed to keep it for several days. Why schedule an appointment? Why not tell me before hand?

Anthony, thanks for hanging up on me earlier today. You called me 7 times over the last couple of days, but I didn't answer. I finally get tired of it and answer the phone. I say I'm no longer I'm the market for a truck and you hang up on me. That's not good customer service. I may be ready to buy in about 6 months, but it won't be from you.
