About this business

After getting to know your car, you want to make sure it lasts. However, car owners are all too aware that keeping a car going can get expensive. This is especially true when it comes time for maintenance and repairs. There are a few options for replacement parts when your car needs them. The first is called Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and the other is aftermarket parts. OEM parts have a higher price tag upfront, but their benefits make the added expense worth it. This includes the assurance that they'll las... read more

If I can, I would rate this dealership -5... do NOT come here at all!!! Terrible costumer service. Avoid Hamza at all times, he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My boyfriend came here with the intentions of looking for a new Ford Explorer but he wasn't sure which trim level he wanted and he just wanted to see his options. Hamza came up to us and took us inside to get my boyfriends information so he can test drive a Ford Explorer, since we never really experienced a bigger car. Well as we were talking about our options Hamza became v... read more

Serramonte Ford Service a department has the worst service. There are ok for warranty or recall but extended warranty repairs forget it. My 2016 Focus ST has had an right axle seal leak I brought it back 4 separate times with for different write up complaints so when when warranty comes in they are not the same write ups. The service writer Jared Betleyoun address me as bud on the phone totally un professional . So needless to say they said they only seen residue. I am a mechanic and the only reason I I brought in was for th... read more

Thanks for your response Josh. I did discuss this with Maryanna in depth. I was told to contact her directly next time I come in. I really doubt I'd ever return.

Bought a preowned Hyundai car in September, after a month or so, it had a problem with the alarm, going off with no reason. Brought it in to their service to get checked (this was at the end of October). They told us it was the battery, so they changed the battery. But the alarm still kept going off. They let the car sit in the lot WITHOUT CHECKING IT FOR 3 WEEKS, then they finally brought the car to Hyundai, which they said there's nothing wrong with the car. So they returned the car to Ford, still the alarm keeps going off... read more

STAY AWAY! I NEVER write reviews but felt it was my personal responsibility to do so. I have been to many car dealerships in my time and this one by far is the WORST. I found the exact car that I wanted on their website and began many communications with Anthony Guerra. Because of COVID I had to make an appointment to see the car. I confirmed my appointment twice assuring I would be there. Anthony knew I was coming from 2 hours away and let me know he was looking forward to serving me. We arrived early to town but wanted to ... read more

If I could give zero starts, I would. I brought my car (Ford Fiesta 2013, less than 40K miles on it) to this place end of June with a power issue (car losing power, especially on hills). They changed the clutch and charged me almost $3000. The problem was not solved. At the end of July, I brought it in again and they said there was a problem with the calipers and they needed to be changed. After I complained, they did not charge me for that, but charged to change the pads on the breaks. So, at this point I have spent almost ... read more

We bought our 2017 Cmax from Serramonte Ford. Sales people we're great but the service sector is terrible. Go somewhere else for service.

We bought our Escape from Frontier Ford in San Jose, we did go to Serramonte Ford first but they only wanted to show us one Escape. We test drove it and then left and went to Frontier Ford. Way better experience and we even purchased from them that day our Escape. Well after a month of having our car we had issue with or back up camera and the passanger side panel was coming off on the inside roof. So we took it to Serramonte to show them the issues, they said they were aware of the camera issue and would order the part same... read more
