I booked service for a recall. They only bothered to check if they had the part after I had arrived and, of course, they didn't. This must happen all the time as, incredibly, they don't ask what the service is for when you book it online. Clearly, these guys are not customer focused. Suggest you take your business elsewhere!

Lowballed me on a car. Per Carfax, the trade in value was to be $8700. I specifically asked their salesguy Anthony Guerra if the car is as described, would their offer be the same otherwise, I didn't want to waste my time. The guy said certainly - we'll honor the Carfax price. Sure enough, I go there and their offer to me was a laughable $2700. Rejected their offer and walked out.

Made an appointment to test drive a car with a guy named "G". Got the confirmation for the test drive. On the day, texted him to confirm. No answer. I went to the dealer, not only the guy is not there, the car i wanted to test drive also not available. Completely waste of time. Dont bother to come here....

Our Ford Edge is under warranty with only 25,000 miles and we had to get the entire transmission replaced. Work was performed by this particular dealership. The problem still persists. Service manager Henry has been unresponsive and unhelpful. He is unwilling to provide a loaner or rental car necessary to fix the work that was done by his service dept. We have a BIG problem.  I called Juan and his service director Aaron, and still have not heard back.  The black Ford F-150 (that you guys called "the fancy truck") has been returned to us in worse condition than when it was delivered.  The mileage in/out, is incorrect; 25 miles were put on the truck.  The passengers seat has been rearranged, the glove boxes are all scratched up (photos attached),  and the seats were laid back.  Being that the keys were missing for 2 days and found at Antonio's, or Angels, computer station, ... read more

My partner scheduled a test drive since we had come to the decision that we found the right new car and were 100% ready to pay and walk out that day with a new car. However they made us wait for over 30 minutes and never even bothered to let us know that the rep wasn't going to come talk to us. After waiting we decided to leave since they seemed to have no interest in actually closing an easy sale on a decently high end vehicle when they had plenty of sales reps too busy up-selling folks who didn't want it. In response to dealers request to call: I called twice and left messages for Mr. Shone who never retruned my calls. The dealership never installed my splitter. I went through Ford Performance and they paid Livermore Ford to install it for me. Thanks for nothing.

Unreliable. After they called me to make a appointment for a test drive on a new car and after they confirmed it; the salesman who made the appointment was nowhere to be found and the car was gone. No contact. No explanation. Nothing. This dealership thinks integrity is something the other guy has. Don't buy from Serramonte Ford. You can do better. Hard to imagine doing worse.

Summer of 2020 I was looking at Rangers. I knew what I wanted and Serramonte had exactly what I was looking for. My husband calls to make an appt to see the car the next day. We drive across the bay only to find the salesperson was busy. Another guy offers to help. I show him what I was looking for. Come to find out the car was traded away the day before and before I made the appointment to see it. So obviously annoyed the sales guy makes it worse by saying well we don't hold cars.
