I was looking for a 2022 F150 Tremor Package. They had the color I wanted, emailed the internet sales person about scheduling a test drive then took a closer look at the window sticker online and noticed a dealer mark up of 10k. I asked about this and said I'm a cash buyer and do not want to pay over MSRP. Absolute worst car buying experience ever. On top of that, I've tried to call their service department to ask about parts missing from the car. THey cannot confirm why certain parts are missing and pass me around to different department placing me on hold over and over again hoping I will go away. They say they will call me back and never do. If you don't go into the dealership, you will not get any answers to your questions or be treated like human. Crooked and terribly run dealership. Do not go here.
I contacted Seramonte Ford to purchase a new f250 service body in 2021.FYI IM A WOMAN... I went back and forth with salesman on the phone , we reached an agreement and I went in to pick it up. Serramonte Ford Service Department They are the worst. Went once service was bad. Came 2 yrs later different person same service bad. Til this day almost a month later I'm still waiting for them to call me back to tell me they received the part they order. I called and got the say BS. I gave up went somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED. Gave one star but I would've given none if I could.
TL; DR Sales is pretty good, parts is meh, service is bad. They couldn't see an exhaust fallen and sitting on a frame under the car during inspections. I took my 2015 Explorer late January to get new spark plugs, manifolds, etc. I was told it would take some time for it to be ready because they were backed up. Understandable because of staffing. Every time I would call and asked for the manager, I would never be directed over the phone to him. Car was returned to me 1.5 weeks later minus $2700. I purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick on 1-14-22. I had a family emergency arise and had to return the vehicle. I told the sales manager (Michael Banko) I was more than willing to compensate the dealership. He told me his general manager (Matt Shone) was a very reasonable person. I had the vehicle for 4 days. Matt informed me it would cost me $6000 dollars to return the vehicle. Does that sound reasonable to anyone?
