The county failed our inspection because SSI didn't properly install our unit. requiring multiple visits and inspections. of all things We had an improper fuse which left us exposed to a potential fire hazard.

The service is good but it’s too expensive...I told him that I need a plumber NOT a Doctor
Jermaine was unprofessional on the phone and not able to verbalize the options. I use SSI for lots of maintenance and repairs and now I must search other companies.

RecommendedI called early in the morning and they were able to send Chris the same day. He even came earlier than expected. He confirmed what the problem was quickly. The same problem a friend who was in the HVAC business for over 30 years diagnosed by listening to over phone. Chris will be my go to Tech.

My brand new system has completely died roughly every 3 weeks since it was installed in May. All they do about it is replace the same parts each time and tell me they dont know why it happened. The 3rd time it broke down the tech told me something was installed incorrectly, they were so sorry it was missed and it should be completely fine now. 3 weeks later, her we are again, completely dead for a 4th time. Waiting on parts. Again.
The technician performed the work as directed. However, the problem was not fixed. I had a leak when the humidifier was on. So, an SSI technician sold me on a new one ($825) to fix the problem. Well, it didn't. Another technician is to be dispatched to fix it again. I'm not sure how much this trip will cost. To be continued...
Cut larger hole in Sheetrock than I thought needed. Bigger repair job for me. No pressure release valve.
