He had been out here once when I wasn't sure I was getting A/C and he made sure all was working right then. He was the same way this time, very courteous and personable. Even though Isaac's title is Installation Apprentice, his work in helping install my HVAC heating and air conditioning units whoed he is more than a normal apprentice. Arrived on time and completed their job on time as well. Great job.
Paul came to our home to perform the scheduled fall heating system check-up. We purchased new heating and air conditioning systems from SSI a year and a half ago. SSI's installation of these systems was professional and excellent. We purchased the service plan to protect our investment and to keep the system in tip top shape. Clint came to complete our scheduled fall inspection today. We have a service plan for our heat pump upstairs, which we purchased from SSI in 2014. We also have the original main furnace from when the house was built in 1994. Today, we decided to have Clint inspect the main furnace as well while he was here. Clint was very knowledgeable and identified several issues with the main furnace. Joe w. Is just the best technician at SSI for your heating/AC needs. Always so pleasant and provides excellent customer service. Joe is great and very knowledgeable. The administrative staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. SSI has turned around and you can see management's involvement and leadership. Great job all!!
Both Patrick and Brook were responsive to our needs and efficient in their execution of the service required. I am very pleased with not only these two outstanding people but also SSI. Clint, "Mo" and the others are simply the best! Brook and Renee are so pleasant to speak with and understand the needs making sure we are completely satisfied! Todd, the manager has even came to our home to ensure service was rendered appropriately and that we were happy with the final result. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and personal attention I received from Sam and Joe. When my A/C went out, Sam ensured that someone came that day to assist me. Joe arrived, evaluated the problem and took the necessary steps to ensure we had air conditioning. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and I can't stress enough how happy I am with the SSI team. I have been with them for several years and highly recommend them.
