Jose/Chris are outstanding installers and Chris C. was professional and efficient with such a tight timeline. And ask for Joe - he's the best technician at SSI - professional, courteous, and honest.
I had a washer problem and thought it was the hoses. I called Susan W. and she sent Rob N. out to take a look. It was not the hoses, it was the seal. They gave me a fantastic quote and I had them order the part. They were diligent to keep me up to date with regard to ordering and receiving the part. SSI came out to fix a water hammering problem that was driving us nuts. Rob R thought it was the main valve...and he was right. after a new valve and a pressure regulator, all the pipe banging and hammering are gone.
