Two years ago we selected SSI to replace our basement furnace and were very happy with the result. When our attic heat pump/AC went this spring, we didn't hesitate to call SSI again. Chris Charbonneau helped us select the appropriate replacement system and Brendan and the installation team did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new one. We unconditionally recommend SSI to anyone who asks.
Clint was very thorough and explained in detail all that he found during his visit. He is polite, knowledgeable and I will definitely have him back.
Clint Boyd was very professional and covered every thing. He explained every thing to me if he found anything wrong and showed it to me and of course I gave him my go ahead for my equipment is old. He is trying to keep it running as long as possible and I appreciate that. SSI has taken very good care of my Heating and Air Condition for me and I have had them service my equipment for many years and I will continue to use them. I hope other people will use there service as well.
