I've been using SSI for 17 years and have had excellent service. They have taken care of all my HVAC needs -- regular maintenance and installation of new system. they don't reference new services and products, but are not pushy. I like that.
I had no heat for almost a week and Chris from SSI came to my house that same day I called them and got things running smoothly again. He was friendly knowledgeable and extremely honest which is a fresh spotlight in an industry strife with upselling and dishonesty. SSI installed and services our two heating and a/c units. We have maintenance contracts on both units. Always a great job and friendly service. We also use SSI for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
