RecommendedIsmael is an amazing plumbing tech. He is also very friendly/pleasant. He came to the house for my yearly plumbing checkup. While here, he noticed the plunger thing in my bathroom sink (that closes the drain) was stuck in the closed position. He fixed it for me without me even pointing it out! It is a nonstandard drain. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it myself and figured I just had to live with keeping it open with a hair clip. Ismael made my day.
Franc Rocha was excellent. He educated me and my husband. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Shafer Services for plumbing services.

I want to send a huge THANK YOU to Rodney and the staff at Shafer Services for repairing my air conditioner and returning to fix condensation line issues and returning again to be sure there were no more leaks. You all were professional and went beyond the call of duty to take care of my home all while I was out of the country.
Mike did a great job. Not only did he fix the issue quickly but explained the issue with me and what he had done to fix the problem with my AC.

We found a leak on the side of the house. We found Shafer when we Googled and saw they had pretty good reviews. We called and they said would have someone out at 3. We asked if they had anything sooner and they explained they were booked but if something came open they would call. Not ten minutes later they called and said they would be out in 30 minutes. I want to give HIGH marks to Augie F and his co-worker Jimmy! They came on Saturday to my house to install the new air conditioning system I found I needed. Attentive, polite, engaging, efficient, and patient, they were top notch workers from start to end. And they cleaned up everything when they finished. This has been a good experience with Shafer.
