RecommendedWe are so pleased with our whole experience with Shafer. Our a/c went out while we had our kids and our nieces and nephews at the house. I called on a Sunday at 8pm and Rodney was at my house no more than 30 minutes later. Other companies that I had called did not have openings until the following Tuesday. Rodney took the time to explain everything to my husband and I and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. We would give them more than 5 stars if possible! Excellent experience in every way!
I have had two encounters with Shafer Services and both have been very pleasant. I had what I deemed an emergency, my AC went out, I mean the outside unit fan was not even rotating, and it was 97 degrees in the house. Not to mention, this occurred on a Sunday evening. I went on Home Advisor and there were nine companies that were recommended that could come out today (yeah, right)! Great service and great people! We had our hot water heater worked on and everything was great until no hot water in the house the next day. 700 miles from home with an upset wife and home I was able to contact the owner after hours and 5 mins later he was able to have the technician do a simple diagnosis over the phone with my wife. Quick easy fix and couldn't be happier! This is why I chose these guys for my business needs as well! Highly recommend this company!
My husband and I have been customers for several years and are great fans of Shafer. While they did major work for us in the past, today we had an air system spring checkup. I have spoken to Adan and Shanna on the phone and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. This company is very attentive to your needs, beginning with the first contact to the follow up email. Ismael was very professional and thorough. He explained all possible options and is very knowledgeable about each plumbing problem. I would highly recommend him.
I was having problems with my heat pump generating enough heat to get the house warm downstairs. Using Home Advisor, Shafer Services was contacted. Jason came to the house the next day and completely looked over my system. He was knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything to me as he performed test after test. I was given several options on how to proceed. I was very happy with the service I received from the initial phone call, to Jason leaving my home.
Found Shafer Services on Home Advisor, and they sent Ismael Partida this morning to diagnose a leak/toilet issue. He explained the issue and walked me through five different options and prices for fixing it, from quick fix to total replacement. He not only diagnosed the problem and had it solved in one session, Ismael answered a number of unrelated plumbing questions I had. When it comes time to address those other issues, I'm calling Ismael at Shafer!
