Over the last month we have had Shafer Services install three faucets, two in the master bath and one for the kitchen. It was easy to schedule an appointment that fit the time and day we wanted; Ismael came exactly on time, and did a great job getting the faucets installed and working.
We have used Shafer for many years. They are always on time, the technicians have a good understanding of a variety of issues they may encounter and ways to fix them. They back up their work and are pleasant to work with.
