RecommendedDaniel R. did a very thorough job today checking our plumbing. He has the heart of a teacher and he helped us totally understand how to self maintain our water heater. We have trusted Shafer for our A/C and plumbing for years now.

I purchased a water heater flush service from Angie's list. Always reluctant to try someone new. However, I was very pleased. Bob A. and assistant Ismael were delightful, friendly, thorough and performed all services promised. Yes I need to bring water heater up to code and they will have my business. No pressure!!!!! Called Shafer and Chris C. came out that very day to check out our hot water heaters, and Chris discovered a leak at the street. He was so thorough, and we decided to have the hot water heaters replaced. He came out with his assistant and replaced the convoluted pipe that had been there. They did a great job, and the area where they worked looked great. No mess! The next day they both came back and replaced the hot water heaters. Once again, great job and no mess. After coming back from vacation on Christmas day I found a leak in my yard. I called shafer and Larry A came out within 15 minutes and turned off the water. He came back to fix the broken pipe the next morning. In case I needed to turn the water on in the interim, he left a spare "key" with me and made sure I knew how to turn it on and off before he left. I would recommend to all my Face Book Friends that Shafer Services is my go to people for all my plumbing problems. Came home from vacation, went to turn on the water at midnight , we have a shut off valve at the road and had the handle in my hand. Called Shafer in the morning and they responded to a lady in distress. Charlie Rivera did an truly outstanding job. Although things did not go as planned on the installation, Charlie persevered until coming up with an acceptable solution to the problems. Manuel and Tomas gave very good support also.
When I opened the door and saw Rodney, I knew I was in good hands. Rodney spent as much time at my home as he needed to in order to diagnose my air conditioning problem. I love working with a repairman and a company that I can trust. Thank you Rodney!
