During the holidays my mom's house had major plumbing problems . So we started to look on line for an after hours plumber and we stopped our search at Shafer Services. This was the best choice I have made in a long time . About one hour after calling Shafer we get a knock on the door and Ismael introduced himself as a Shafer plumber. Ismael Partida was very very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. He is very professional and customer service is the best. Shafer services responded quickly and came the same day when I called. They are trustworthy and I think everyone should use shafer services !!! Thanks again Ismael !!! Carlos Franco came to do our heat/air review. He was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job of answering my questions. We will call on him and Shafer Services for any AC/Heating problems. Shafer has a winner in Carlos. Keep up the good work.

Shafer rocks. Had left a message with the after hours number around 6:30 this Tuesday morning for Shafer to call when they opened at 7:30. Robin from Shafer called at 7:00 to ask about the problem. I explained about the water heater and Ismael showed up at 7:30. He was very polite, professional and went right to work checking out the problem. In short order gave me several options for repair and then went to work getting us back up and running. He is top drawer.
