He speaks in layman's terms which allowed me to understand my uniquely complicated situation. Chris was professional and adept from the beginning! It only took him two minutes to determine what my problem was. Within 90 minutes it was fixed, and everything was put back the way it belonged. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Franc arrived on time to conduct my annual plumbing inspection after a courtesy phone call to inform that he was on his way. Franc presented in uniform and a welcoming greeting followed by a full explanation of exactly what the inspection entailed. Great professional service. First time using Shafer services and could not be happier. Amy scheduled the appointment for same day and Charles B. was just a joy. It was miserably hot in the attic but he spent as much time as needed to fix the problem, and then took time to explain the problems he found. Always smiling and cheerful.
OK, any place this social media savvy gets 5 stars. But, they also did a quick and efficient job on replacing our AC unit. It died over the weekend and they came out promptly, and loaned us a portable unit to keep the heat inside at a minimum. Booth and Rodney were courteous and explained all the options for replacement and costs. Finance dude didn't call back when he said he would, that's per hubby.
