I had a plumbing problem and I expected that I would get an appointment in a couple of days. I called and spoke with Aaron and he said that Michelle would call with an appointment. To my surprise Michelle called right away and scheduled an appointment for an hour from my call. Chris came out and I was impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. He told me what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. I'm very pleased with my experience.
Chris Chamrad did an excellent job as usual. He removed an existing water softener and installed a new system. The work area was left clean when he was finished. He has always done a fine job for us.
Woke up in the a.m. and realized our blower unit had been running all night long, even when the outside unit was cycling on & off as normal to keep the inside temp at 79. Jim L came out the same afternoon and identified our fautly time switch and had the fix the next day... Shafer rocks!! Thanks much.
Booth provided a fair estimate and gave information about rebates. Michelle responded to numerous calls promptly and provided additional information through technicians. Hector Galindo and Charlie Rivera arrived promptly, were very professional, courteous and friendly. I watched them as they worked and they paid close attention to details, especially when it came to preparation and final cleaning. They did a major job in one day and left my house very clean. This team was outstanding and I highly recommend Shafer!
Suddenly had no hot water. Chris C. came about an hour after the call. Thank heavens it was only the thermostat. Love the prompt response!

Victoria and John did a super job getting our plumbing issue repaired. Victoria set the appointment, confirmed with me and contacted me when John was on the way. John was on time, professional, efficient and left no traces of having been there (except the fixed plumbing). I will continue to use Shafer Services for HVAC and plumbing issues and will gladly refer others to them.
