RecommendedRodney and Shafer Services were great! My Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit hasn't cooled like this except when it was brand new! The cleaning Rodney did on the unit did the trick and my house is now nice and cool! Rodney was professional, friendly and I will sure use Shafer again! Thanks Rodney!
Mr. Booth Petry was very professional on time and very thorough when he came by to give us a bid for a new install. He understood working with an old home and very thoughtful in his evaluation about where possible locations for the unit, ducts, electrical and plumbing should go keeping in mind the integrity of our home.
My incredible experience began when I called on a Saturday afternoon. I had a flooded house and no water because it had to be cut off due to a water heater that decided to go out. Sandra and Ashley were both reassuring and so pleasant. They said they would do all possible to help me. They even called back to check and see how I was doing through out the day! Chris Chamrad recently helped us with several plumbing problems. He consulted with us about some pressure problems with our kitchen faucet, including some options for a possible replacement. He then fixed a leaky outside faucet and gave us good advice on protection from freeze damage. In his last task, he worked under our bathroom sinks to tighten the fixtures. To do this, he had to face a messy collection of junk that we had ignored for far too long. When completed, the cabinets looked 20 times more organized!
Dispatcher, billing agent and both technicians were helpful and professional. Recalculated my bill when the scope of the work changed in my favor!
Shafer Services is the best (in every facet) I've seen since childhood. They are thorough, on time, tireless in staying in touch with you and pre-planning any service. I have a downtown apartment where so much coordination must take place. The two-day process was efficient and planned almost to the minute.
