Had Shafer Services come out and replace my water heater again since the last one in 2014. Water heater went out Sat evening and was able to drain it before it leaked into the house. They got here Sun morning (earliest they could make it) and got the job done fixing unseen problems and installing the new unit without a hitch -- a standard that is just to be expected with these guys. Chris was a very friendly, professional man. He was extremely clean cut, and a very hard worker. He got my new water heater installed in a few hours from the time he arrived. I felt safe in his hands, and he seemed very enthusiastic about his company and his profession! Thanks Chris, for a job well done!
My semi-annual plumbing and heating check were conducted by Jason M. (heating) and John B. (plumbing). Both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was given a sheet with problems that needed to be addressed, plus a written estimate of cost. I also received a follow-up e-mail. I have used this company for years to address heating/cooling/plumbing problems. They have always done a superb job. Michelle, who sets up the appointments, is always polite and helpful. Thanks to all- it is a wonderful company.

We feel blessed to have this wonderful customer service. Michelle is friendly and efficient in scheduling appointments and assist in anyway she can. She also gives a courtesy call to let you know when the technician in on his way. It was great to see Josh again to check our winter air conditioner maintenance. He is always professional and thorough. He quickly did his usual checking and testing and responded to a great result.
