RecommendedShafer Svs people are great, they are prompt with calls and appointments; they present themselves well at the house and get the job done in a timely manner. They wear shoe protectors when they are in the house which is nice. They give good advise and don't force things on us. I recommend them to anyone new to S.A. and the Schertz area.
The whole company does an excellent job from start to finish! Chris did an exceptional job with my plumbing inspection identifying ways to reduce passive water usage every week. He showed me which areas might have problems in coming years and how to make small upgrades to models that will last many years longer than my current ones have lasted. He also retrieved an earring out of a drain for me in moments! I had been stressing about it for days! thank you Shafer Services and happy holidays!

Larry & Daryl were very professional & efficient in making the repairs to the water heater. To our great relief, they tracked down the necessary part so we didn't have to spend Thanksgiving without hot water.
John Beron gets my vote for "Service Technician Of The Year" (if you have such a competition) . . . he is not only extremely knowledgeable, experienced and quick with plumbing matters, he also interacts with customers (as he accomplishes his work) with an amazingly friendly and pleasant demeanor and a soft spoken confidence. Shaver Services would get six stars from me after today. They actually told me a year ago that I needed a new unit but with scotch tape and duct tape they kept me going until now! On Monday Rodney gave me my options and on Tuesday Mark Patino came by to help me decide what the next move was.
