Received same day service, used the $93 drain clean special. John Beron, technician, was courteous and very professional. Explained the whole process, photos and videos. Will definitely call again.

Woke up in morning, AC was not working. Called Shafer Services. Technician Michael Johnson arrived midafternoon and fixed the problem. He explained issue clearly and future recommendations. Very professional! I have and will continue to recommend Shafer Services.
