I can not express how much it helped to be communicated with on how the process worked and what needed to be replaced and what was still good to keep. After being gouged by a former A/C company I used John Collins (Tech) and Shafer Services took excellent care of me. They ran a check up on my unit as it was making a horrible sound when running and resolved it. It was a quick in and out type visit so it was nice not being gouged at check out time.
