John came to our rescue last night! Both toilets were backed up and he was out to help us within an hour. He too his time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. He was super friendly and loved on our dogs so that was a bonus lol. Made sure to efficiently take care of the job until he was satisfied we were ok.
