From our first phone call until the end of the repair everyone was courteous and professional. Shafer let us know when our repairman was on his way. When he arrived, he identified himself as Raymond, our service person. He was knowledgeable, proactive, friendly, professional, and dressed for covid. He answered questions and helped us understand what had happened to our ac/heating unit. He worked to get the job done in a timely manner. Everything about our experience with Shafer was great. They went out of their way to get my emergency to fit into that day’s schedule. Great communication and prompt service. Both technicians were friendly and polite. They quickly determined the problem and had it fixed right away. I have tried other hvac and plumbing companies in the past. This is by far my best experience.

They were on time, well prepared and gave us options. 4/5 Came with our new tankless water heater today. Shaun and Chris were on time, efficient, friendly and thorough. All the faucets were checked to be sure the hot water got there quickly and hot enough... pricing was excellent. We were called and e-mailed with date and time of arrival. We are quite satisfied and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs...
