I have been so pleased with Shafer Services through the years. They are responsive and can literally fix anything. I use them for all my AC/Heater and plumbing services. I especially LOVE their technician Frank. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I have used Shafer Services and their recent acquisition of Steve’s Plumbing for twelve years and always pleased with their service. Today Franc Rocha and his helper Tom cleared the kitchen drain and looked at another issue with a whole house water filter Shafer installed in September. They found the problem was caused by my over filling the salt container with salt resulting in a cavity forming at the bottom of the salt tank. Yes! I highly recommend Shafer Services, I had them come out to install a HVAC system, however the unit had a characteristic of popping during the start up and stopping cycle which I was told, however it was so annoying I had to reach out to Shafer to see if there was anything that could be done, there was a first attempt to address the issue but it continued and seemed worse.
