Shafer Services came to my rescue with installing a new water heater. I have not had hot water since February 14! Highly recommend this company, and Franc along with his assistant, Diego, went above and beyond by finding and fixing an additional leak that resulted from the freeze. Thank you for great service!

I don't even know where to begin. Shafer Services - Jose, Ismael, Jesus, the whole crew have been amazing! From the 1st phone call to let them know I had a busted tankless hot water heater to Ismael installing the last part has been effortless and wonderful. I seriously think this team isn't sleeping.
