Service professional Mr Partida did a wonderful job. It was time for a new water heater for us. He was very informed about the products Shafer had to offer and we are very pleased. You can tell he takes pride in the company he works for which Is evident when he speaks about the history of the company and the services they provide! I definitely recommend this company and ask for Ishmael if you want excellent service!!

Incredible service. The plumber ,Frank , took the time to explain the situation and the solutions . Courteous as always and got the job done ! Shafer is professional in the way they treat their clients . Had another plumbing issue and could not believe the service Ismael, and his apprentice, John , spent two days working on issues at my home. I could not be more pleased. He explained what he was going to do, every step of the way, was courteous, and helpful. I would not try anyone else !

Friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They replaced the water heater under warranty. The process was a little slow and frustrating at times but in the end I got the water heater replaced for just a service call fee. I would recommend Shaffer services as put customer service first and have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
