Mr. Rocha was very professional, kind and knowable. Arrived early which was great and accessed the job. Replaced two faucets in the master bath and repaired a leak also. They did an awesome job! Not only was Derek so patient with all our questions, he fixed our unit & it was a super obscure problem. I am so thankful we had Shafer come out. I can already feel a huge difference + my unit officially has had its checkup!

Great service and got here in timely manner on Sunday my old co said Monday 70 year old people can wait in 100 degree heat thank you you will be our company from now on.!

Ismael was very professional and knowledgeable in isolating an issue with my tankless water heaters. After spending over an hour on the phone with the manufacturer, he was able to narrow the issue to low gas pressure. He recommended that I call CPS Energy to look at the regulator on my gas meter. CPS confirmed that my gas meter was extremely undersized for the amount of Btus needed to run the tankless heaters. I will call Ismael back out to my house to recalibrate the tankless water heaters after CPS changes my meter.
