I last bought a house in the 90's using an ancient process that involved fax machines. It was complicated, slow and error-prone. This year I worked with Shant and his team and it was a pleasure. It was always clear what was needed, it took only a few clicks to upload the docs, and I was always getting updates from the team. No surprises, no changes in the plan. We moved forward every day until all was said and done. Could not have been easier!

Shant was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this entire process. We have been looking to buy a house for about 3-4 years now. The process was easy and secure. The professionals were very knowledgeable and fast to close my loan on time. did a great job making sure the entire process went smoothly and quickly. Quick response and resolutions made it a great experience for me while buying my home. Very professional and knowledgeable team. As a first time home buyer I had several questions and confusions which were addressed in a timely manner, the team was patient and helpful to resolve all my queries and they worked their best to close the loan in time.

Shant and his team were wonderful in every aspect of helping me get my mortgage. The loan I got was very competitive but what made me so happy is how the team took care of me throughout the process, and how they are genuinely nice folks. The system they use for application was very straightforward but even that requires thoughtful engagement by the broker's team, and I felt they were there at all points.
