Helped me with buying my first home (Condo), and then one year later helped me refinance with a lower fixed rate and no PMI. Closing costs were low and on time. I did a lot of research and shopped around. I would definitely recommend Shant and Guaranteed Rate! I was referred to them and thankful for it.
I got my original mortgage and now 2 refinances with Shant. His team made it very easy each time, answering all of my questions promptly and was also able to get everything in order and ready to close very quickly. They even came to my work so I could sign the final paperwork for my refinances without taking time off work. I have no complaints and can't recommend him highly enough.
