Shant and his team was so helpful to us as first time homebuyers. Shant and his team are experts at their fied and making us feel comfortable and guiding us along the way. Anytime we had a question they were able to answer us. They were so helpful and patient with us. We are so appreciative of Shant and his team. Shant and his team were wonderful in every aspect of helping me get my mortgage. The loan I got was very competitive but what made me so happy is how the team took care of me throughout the process, and how they are genuinely nice folks. The system they use for application was very straightforward but even that requires thoughtful engagement by the broker's team, and I felt they were there at all points.
