Shant is the best. He is helpful, respectful, offers great rates that are generally within 1/8 of a percent of the the most competitive (controlling for loan costs). I HIGHLY recommend Shant. However, if you want to refinance he will connect you with Justin Frady from his branch/team. During my recent refinancing I spoke with around 10 people.
